FeedFunds is a simple way to record your business income and expenses and see how much profit each part of your business makes.
Think of it as a simpler, faster replacement for tracking your business in a spreadsheet or on paper.
FeedFunds is built for self-employed professionals and solo businesses that want the simplicity of a spreadsheet, but in a faster and easier way.
It can work for landscapers, handymen, contractors, tutors, cleaners, photographers, hairdressers, barbers, consultants, creators, YouTubers, and many other types of solo businesses.
You create your own Expense Categories to organize what you spend money on — for example, Supplies, Tools, or Advertising.
You also create your own Income Sources to organize where your money comes from — such as different services, clients, projects, or parts of your business.
When you record an expense, you can choose which Income Source that expense belongs to.
Then you can filter FeedFunds by that Income Source and see its income, expenses, and profit — including Shared Expenses that belong across your business.
It is a cost that supports more than one Income Source. FeedFunds divides it between your Income Sources based on how much income each one earned during the selected period.
Hours and Units are optional. When you add them to income records, FeedFunds can show how much you earned per hour or per unit.
Sometimes a cost is taken out of a payment before the money reaches you. FeedFunds lets you record that deduction as an expense, even though you did not pay it separately yourself.
You can then find and track those deducted expenses just like your other business expenses.
Yes. While signed in, you can create and manage supported income and expense records offline. FeedFunds saves your changes on the device and syncs them after you reconnect.
Yes. You can export Income and Expenses as CSV files to open in spreadsheet software or share with your accountant.
Yes. FeedFunds is not downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, but you can install it directly on your phone and use it just like a regular app.
